Shipping Locations

Stellar Online Private Limited delivers to major locations in India. However, there could be certain locations where our services may not be available due to logistic issues. We continuously update the list of serviceable pincodes to address these issues.

Shipping Method

We dispatch all parcels through reputed courier agencies, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. The parcel is typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the time you place the order.

Shipping Charges

For delivery in India, shipping is absolutely free. Our sales model is designed to provide a hassle-free shopping experience and to address any returns due to sizing issues or product defects.

How to Return Order

You can return your order within 10 business days of receiving it by placing a return/exchange request through our customer care email at [email protected].

  • Only unused and undamaged articles can be returned.
  • Upload at least 3 images of the product. Requests without images will be rejected.
  • Logistics charges for reverse pick-up and new delivery are borne by Stellar Online for the first request.
  • For additional requests, courier and logistic charges must be prepaid by the customer.

Once the return is accepted, we arrange for pick-up and notify you upon receiving the product at our warehouse. A quality check is performed, and if the product passes, we initiate the replacement or refund within 8-9 business days.

Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements are processed after quality checks at our warehouse. This process takes about 10-15 business days.

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the source account within 15 business days.

For Store Credits: Store credits are issued as coupon codes on the same day.

For Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, only a refund will be offered.

How to Cancel Order

You can cancel your order using the following method:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order ID and registered email address.
  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed by our operations team (within 24-48 hours of placing the order).
  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
